FAQs

How much do sessions cost?

I charge £60 per session which is due the day before your session. Concessions are available for students/unemployed and people that have been referred by statutory/voluntary services.

How long do sessions last?

Each session is 50-minutes long and I work hard to start and end on time so that you can plan your time well.

Is there a cancellation fee?

If you do not give at least 24 hour notice before cancelling or rescheduling, you will automatically be charged half of your session fee.

How often do I have to come to sessions?

Research has proven it over and over again - therapy is most effective when you come once a week. I always encourage clients to come weekly for the first month at least. The frequency of your sessions is always something we will decide on together so that the process makes sense for your life and for your finances.

How long do people stay in therapy?

I have clients who stay in therapy for 1-3 months and feel ready to stop, others who come for a year, and others who come monthly for multiple years simply because it’s a form of self-care that feels life-giving and important to them. We can decide together what makes sense for you. Ending therapy is a personal decision and I support you wholeheartedly when you are ready for that step!

What ages do you see? Do you see couples?

I’m currently seeing adults and young people (ages 16+ ). I currently have space for couples, the price is £80 per session.

What is your availability?

I have availability on Mondays to Wednesdays from 10AM-3PM. Limited evening slots are available and occasional Saturdays for monthly clients. If I am not available for a time you need or if I fill up with clients, I will always offer you names of therapists I trust.
